BC Corporation MD Mallaiah Bhattu said that if those applying under this scheme have a ration card or food security card, then an income certificate is not required. He said that those who do not have a ration card or food security card will have to take an income certificate and provide the application number in the application.
BC Corporation MD Mallaiah Bhattu also gave clarity on the issue of caste certificate. He said that caste certificate taken after 2016 is required. He said that 7 lakh applications have been received so far for the Rajiv Yuva Vikasam scheme. Eligible persons have been asked to fill out the applications and submit them at the mandal or municipal office. He also explained that Yuva Vikasam application forms have been made available at the Public Administration Service Centers in the mandal and municipal offices for the convenience of applicants.
He said that applications can be made for the Rajiv Yuva Vikasam scheme till the 14th of this month. After the online application process is over, the mandal level committees will complete the selection of eligible persons and submit the list to the district level committees. The district level committee will examine these lists and conduct the selection process. Sanction documents will be issued to beneficiaries across the state from June 2 to 9.
If the unit value of the selected beneficiaries is less than Rs. 50 thousand, the government will provide 100 percent subsidy. That's all, the beneficiaries will need to repay any amount. For units worth Rs. 50,001 to Rs. 1 lakh, there will be a 90 percent subsidy and 10 percent bank loan. For units worth Rs. 1,00,001-Rs. 2 lakh, there will be an 80 percent subsidy and 20 percent bank loan. For units worth more than Rs. 2 lakh, there will be a 70 percent subsidy and 30 percent bank loan.
